Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases and payments made through the Navlo platform operated by Navlo Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (“Navlo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing credits, activating Navlo AI, or using any paid services provided through the platform, you agree to this Policy.
1. Scope of Services
Navlo is a digital logistics platform providing:
- Container tracking
- Air cargo tracking
- Shipment analytics and reporting
- Document management and shipment collaboration
- AI-powered logistics assistant services (“Navlo AI”)
All services are delivered electronically through user account access and platform functionality.
2. Credit-Based Usage
Navlo operates on a credit-based usage model.
- Each shipment tracking consumes one (1) credit.
- Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Credits are non-transferable and may only be used within the Navlo platform.
Credits purchased by users remain available in the user account until used.
3. Navlo AI Subscription
Users may optionally activate Navlo AI, which provides AI-powered logistics assistance, analytics, forecasting, and shipment-related query functionality.
Access to Navlo AI is billed at: 20 credits per month
Navlo AI access may be cancelled by the user at any time through the platform or by contacting Navlo.
Cancellation of Navlo AI:
- prevents future monthly credit deductions, but
- does not refund previously deducted or consumed credits.
If Navlo AI is cancelled before the end of a billing cycle, access may continue until the end of the active period unless otherwise determined by Navlo.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of the services provided by Navlo:
- used or consumed credits are non-refundable,
- completed tracking services are non-refundable, and
- active or previously used Navlo AI periods are non-refundable.
Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional cases, including:
- duplicate payments,
- unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, or
- technical failures directly caused by Navlo that prevented access to purchased services.
Navlo reserves the right to review and approve refund requests at its sole discretion where permitted by applicable law.
Approved refunds shall be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
5. Cancellation Policy
Users may stop using the platform or terminate their account at any time.
Users may also deactivate Navlo AI at any time.
Cancellation:
- does not automatically generate refunds,
- does not restore previously consumed credits, and
- does not affect completed services already delivered through the platform.
Navlo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in accordance with its Terms of Service.
6. Delivery of Digital Services
All Navlo services are delivered electronically.
Delivery shall be considered completed when:
- a user account is activated,
- credits are added to the user account, or
- access to Navlo AI or other platform functionality is granted.
No physical delivery or shipment is involved.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Users agree to contact Navlo before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute procedure.
Navlo reserves the right to suspend accounts associated with:
- fraudulent activity,
- abusive refund behavior, or
- unauthorized payment disputes.
8. Changes to This Policy
Navlo may update this Policy from time to time.
Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the platform or website.
Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
