Navlo AI uses shipment and platform-related data to generate analytics, forecasts, tables, summaries, and operational insights.

6. Navlo AI and Automated Processing

Navlo AI is an optional AI-powered logistics assistant feature available within the platform.

Users who activate Navlo AI may be charged a recurring monthly usage fee in credits as specified within the platform.

Navlo AI processes shipment-related and operational platform data in order to:

  • answer user questions,
  • generate shipment insights,
  • provide logistics analytics,
  • create summaries and reports, and
  • support operational decision-making.

Users may deactivate Navlo AI at any time through the platform.

Navlo does not use customer data to train public or third-party AI models unless explicitly authorized by the User.

AI-generated outputs:

  • may contain inaccuracies,
  • should not be treated as professional advice, and
  • should be independently reviewed by Users before operational use.

7. Data Sharing and Transfers

Navlo may share personal data with:
